PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station that is able to supply system information related to a radio base station that does not give notice of system information to a user device.SOLUTION: A radio base station for performing radio communication with a user device does not have a function to notify the user device of system information including information necessary for the user device to connect with the radio base station. This radio base station transmits the system information to neighboring radio base stations to assist the user device to connect with the radio base station. The neighboring radio base stations transmit the system information to user devices connected with the neighboring radio base stations. |
