PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a technology for controlling the distribution order of each advertisement content.SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution control system 10 includes: a browsing history table 34 in which the distribution history of advertisement content to a client terminal 18 is stored as a browsing history in association with cookie ID; a QM value table 26 in which a QM value before browsing and a QM value after browsing are stored for each combination pattern of a stored QM value and a lapse period; a recommended browsing interval table 24 in which a recommended browsing interval is stored for each combination pattern of the owned QM value and a remaining advertisement period; a distribution order determination part 30 for, when the distribution request of advertisement content is transmitted from the client terminal 18, searching the browsing history table 34 by using the cookie ID as a key, and for acquiring the browsing history of each advertisement content, and for determining the distribution order of each advertisement content on the basis of this; and an advertisement distribution part 28 for distributing each advertisement content to the client terminal 18 in accordance with the distribution order. |
