PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor which can be used at a temperature in the range of normal temperature to 1000°C or higher and has an excellent durability corresponding to a rapid temperature change.SOLUTION: A container 20 for storing a piezoelectric vibrator piece 30 is composed of a frame body part 23 for forming a storage space and an upper plate 21 and a lower plate 22 for blocking the upper and lower sides of the frame body part 23. The upper plate 21 and the lower plate 22 are equipped with excitation electrodes 41 and 42 for exciting the piezoelectric vibrator piece 30. The excitation electrodes 41 and 42 are located without contacting the piezoelectric vibrator piece 30, and the piezoelectric vibrator piece 30 and the frame body part 23 are made of the same material. The excitation electrodes 41 and 42 are formed inside or outside the upper plate 21 and the lower plate 22. |
