PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid extractant capable of solution-solid extraction without using an organic solvent and in addition to that, having extraction performance with respect to a platinum group element, and to provide a method for extracting the platinum group element using the same.SOLUTION: In a solid extractant which is used when a platinum group element is extracted from a solution, poly phenyl vinyl sulfide is carried in silica at a rate of 0.1 to 50 mass%. Moreover, a solution is brought into contact with this solid extractant, and the platinum group element such as, for example, palladium is extracted from the solution. |
