PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration and operating sound by improving the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of an Oldham's ring.SOLUTION: A scroll fluid machine includes an Oldham's ring 33 between a main shaft bearing member 34 and a turning scroll 32. The Oldham's ring is constituted to divide a ring 33c and keys 33a, 33b. The keys are connected to the ring as a roll structure. Sliding resistance in the keys is reduced while smoothing a slide between the keys of the Oldham's ring and a key groove of the turning scroll, and between the keys of the Oldham's ring and a key groove part of the main shaft bearing member. Accordingly, vibration and noise generated during operation can be suppressed. |
