PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent guide rails from being clogged by inclusions with a simple configuration to enable smooth ascent and descent of a rake.SOLUTION: A dust remover 1 is disposed on the upstream side of a water intake screen of a power plant, and includes a rake 2 with side rollers 3 provided on both sides thereof and guide rails 4 each of which has a U-shaped cross section and vertically extends and to which the side rollers 3 are fitted. The rake 2 ascends and descends while the side rollers 3 are guided by the guide rails 4. The dust remover 1 is equipped with inclusion removal members 5, each of which is provided on each of both side parts of the rake 2, projects beyond the side roller 3 at least in one advancing direction of an ascent direction D1 and a descent direction D2 of the rake 2, and removes inclusions in the guide rails 4 in accordance with movement of the rake 2 in the advancing direction. |
