PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smaller container for baking of jiaozi dumplings which can deal with the sequential small lot order of grilled jiaozi dumplings individually by placing the jiaozi dumplings of small lot order one by one on a jiaozi dumpling frying cast-iron pan, surrounding this small lot order of jiaozi dumplings by a smaller container with a lid body for the baking of dumplings which is holding size respectively, and placing on the upper surface of the dumpling frying cast-iron pan which holds the same area as past times partially and continuously when there is a lag of the order of the grilled dumplings in the cooking of the grilled dumplings.SOLUTION: By using a smaller container for baking of jiaozi dumplings which includes a circumferential body with a size to be able to hold a small number of ordered jiaozi dumplings inside, and a lid body covering circumferential body and provided with a handle on the upper surface, and by placing the jiaozi dumplings of small lot (for one person or two) order one by one on a jiaozi dumpling frying cast-iron pan, surrounding the small lot order of jiaozi dumplings by a smaller container with a lid body for the baking of jiaozi dumplings which is a holding size respectively, and being placed on the upper surface of the jiaozi dumpling frying cast-iron pan which holds the same area as a conventional one partially and continuously, the sequential small lot order of the grilled jiaozi dumplings is dealt with individually. |
