PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FFS mode liquid crystal display panel that reduces a flicker and crosstalk by reducing a resistance value of a common electrode having a slit opening.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display panel 10A comprises: a pixel electrode 25 made of transparent conductive material formed for each of pixel regions defined on a surface of an inter-layer film 24 with a plurality of scanning lines 19 and signal lines 22; an inter-electrode insulating film 27 formed on the pixel electrode 25 in a display region and on the inter-layer insulating film 24; and a common electrode 28 formed over the entire surface of the inter-electrode insulating film 27, having a plurality of slits 31 formed for each pixel region, electrically connected to common wiring, and made of transparent conductive material. A conductive layer 29a which has higher conductivity than the transparent conductive material constituting the common electrode 28 is formed on a surface of the common electrode 28 or between the common electrode 28 and the inter-electrode insulating film 27 at a position where the conductive layer 29a overlaps the scanning line 19 and the signal line 22 in planar view. |
