The present invention relates to an electrode including a current collector layer between the silicon active material and the carbon active material and having a three dimensional structure, and also relates to a flexible lithium secondary battery including the electrode. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flexible electrode having multiple active materials and having a three dimensional structure and a flexible lithium secondary battery including same, wherein the method comprises the steps of: applying a paste-like carbon active material to a plastic film and producing a pattern on the carbon active material by means of a pattern forming mold; depositing copper on the carbon active material by means of RF-magnetron sputtering to form a current collector layer; and sputtering silicon on the current collector layer to form a second active material.
