<p>A flexible hinge of an intelligent structure relates to the field of flexible hinge, and in particular to a structural improvement of a flexible hinge used on an oven door. The technical deficiency that a conventional flexible hinge is complex in structure, poor in reliability, and inconvenient to use is solved. The flexible hinge comprises a first hinge arm (1) that can be adaptively mounted on a door frame and a second hinge arm (2) that can be adaptively mounted on a door. A lever (13) is disposed in a tail portion of a strip-shaped shell (10). A roller (113) is connected at a U-shaped fork (111) through a roller pin shaft (112). A cam bit (21) matching the roller (113) is disposed on a rear side of the second hinge arm (2) behind a hinge shaft (3). The cam bit (21) comprises a concave position (212), a protruding position (211), and a cam surface (213). When the opening angle is less than 5 degrees, a certain closing force is provided; the door is continued to be open under the effect of a force, and when the opening angle is greater than 15 degrees and less than 30 degrees, the door can automatically return when the external force disappears and stop at a position with an opening angle of about 15 degrees, which facilitates observation; in an opening range of 30 to 88 degrees, the door can stop at a position of any angle within the range.</p> |
