The reaction product has a no more than 10000 wt ppm nitrogen content, and a 0:1 to 0.8:1 ((B+P)/N) weight ration. The dispersing additive composite is effective on providing the electric conductivity to a lubricating composite containing dispersing additive composite and less than approximately 1700 pS/m metal cleaning agent.
