A scooter with a variable cross-section tube frame uses a frame made up of variable cross-section tubes of hydroforming and suppression tailor wielding, and at least comprises one of the following components: a handlebar, a steering stand tube, an arbor wheel insertion rack, a horizontal tube, a seat tube, an integral part of the handlebar and the steering stand tube, an integral part of a shaft-enclosing tube and at least a part of a trailing arm, and an integral part of the trailing arm and the horizontal tube. Due to this improvement, weight of the frame can be reduced by 30%, and intensity and rigidity can be improved greatly. The frame tube wall can be set to various forms according to requirements, so as to satisfy needs of the times, and maintain a changing appearance, thereby greatly improving whole influence of the scooter industry, fundamentally changing a traditional appearance, changing an acknowledgement and reception degree of the scoter, and improving a role of the scooter in the transportation field. |
