The disclosed oil-pump-driving device (2) is provided with: a first transmission pathway (25) that transmits the rotation of a drive shaft (24) to a driven shaft (22) at a first speed ratio; a second transmission pathway (23) that transmits the rotation of the drive shaft (24) to the driven shaft (22) at a second speed ratio that is greater than the first speed ratio; and a hydraulic engagement mechanism (25c) that switches between the first transmission pathway (25) and the second transmission pathway (23). An oil pathway (L81) that is for the engagement mechanism and that supplies hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic engagement mechanism (25c) is provided to a lock-up shift valve (94). Hydraulic pressure is supplied to the oil pathway (L81) for the engagement mechanism via the first transmission pathway (25) when the lock-up shift valve (94) is in a first shift state, and via the second transmission pathway (23) when the lock-up shift valve (94) is in a second shift state, in a manner such that the rotation of the drive shaft (24) is transmitted to the driven shaft (22). |
