The system comprises a flux tank connected or connectable to a sedimentation tank (3) for depositing iron (III) hydroxide, a filter device connected with the sedimentation tank for separating Iron (III) hydroxide, an oxidizing agent container connected to the sedimentation tank, a measurement device for continuous or discontinuous measurement of iron (II) chloride concentration and/or of iron (III) hydroxide concentration in a flux (2), and a control device for controlling addition of the oxidizing agent to the flux depending on the measured concentration. The system comprises a flux tank connected or connectable to a sedimentation tank (3) for depositing iron (III) hydroxide, a filter device connected with the sedimentation tank for separating Iron (III) hydroxide, an oxidizing agent container connected to the sedimentation tank, a measurement device for continuous or discontinuous measurement of iron (II) chloride concentration and/or of iron (III) hydroxide concentration in a flux (2), and a control device for controlling addition of the oxidizing agent to the flux depending on the measured concentration. The control device is designed and adjusted such that the oxidizing agent is automatically added when a predetermined upper level of the iron (II) chloride concentration and/or iron (III) hydroxide concentration in the flux reaches to or falls below a lower = 5. The sedimentation tank comprises an inner lamellae, and has deposition on area of more than 10 m 2>. A deposition velocity of iron (III) hydroxide in the sedimentation tank is less than 0.5 m/hour. The system further comprises a static mixer (10) for mixing of the oxidizing agent from the oxidizing agent container with the flux. The filter unit is formed as a chamber filter press that has an absolute moisture content of less than less than 30 wt.%, and includes a diaphragm pump (10) for the promotion of iron (III) hydroxide-containing sludge from the sedimentation tank. A feed pressure of the sludge is 6-12 bars. |
