<p>The invention relates to a method and a device for texturing a synthetic thread, wherein the thread was pulled from a feed spool and conveyed into a texturing zone at a supply speed. Within the texturing zone, the thread is crimped, wherein the thread is pulled out of the texturing zone at a second supply speed in such a way that the thread is stretched by means of a stretching unit at a stretching ratio produced by the supply speeds. In order to be able to produce effects in a colored woven fabric by means of the thread, the stretching ratio for stretching the thread is changed by increasing or decreasing one of the supply speeds within one or more operating time intervals.</p> |
