A titanium-aluminum based alloy ingot having ductility at room temperature according to the present invention has a lamellar structure regularly arranged with α2 phases and γ phases in turn. The thickness ratio between an α2 phase and a γ phase, namely γ/α is supposed to be 2 or higher. The thickness of the γ phase is between 100 mm and 200 mm.
