Disclosed is a pressure mark inspection apparatus which comprises: a camera assembly including a lens at one end, a camera at the other end, and an operating unit for moving the camera assembly up and down; a sensor unit which is located on the side of the lens of the camera assembly and measures a distance between the camera assembly and a panel; a motion controller for performing an calculation for adjusting the camera's focus by using the distance measured by the sensor unit, and outputting a control signal; a servo amplifier for controlling the operation of a motor according to control signals outputted by the motion controller; the motor for moving the sensor unit up and down under the control of the servo amplifier; a control unit for controlling the sensor unit, motion controller, servo amplifier, and motor, and controlling a photographing process in which an pressure mark on the panel is photographed after adjusting focus by moving the motor; the camera for photographing the pressure mark on the panel under the control of the control unit; and a calculation unit for analyzing the focus of the pressure mark image taken by the camera, and transferring the focus analysis result to the control unit, wherein the control unit can reduce a tack time by adjusting a setting value of the motion controller based on the calculation for adjusting the camera's focus using the distance measured by the sensor unit and the focus analysis result by the calculation unit in parallel.
