The present invention relates to a semiconductor element and, more particularly, to a nitride semiconductor light emitting element. The present invention, as a display device using the semiconductor light emitting element, includes a plurality of pixel electrodes placed on a substrate, a plurality of semiconductor light emitting elements composing individual pixels and connected to a first electrode, a plurality of common electrodes connected to a second electrode of the semiconductor light emitting elements, and a phosphor layer placed on the semiconductor light emitting elements. |
