Disclosed is a multilayer thin film battery that has high capacity and does not need to form a separate barrier on a surface after a deposition process. According to the present invention, the multilayer thin film battery is a lamination structure where an anode current collector on a first surface, a first thin film formed on a cathode current collector, a second thin film battery facing the first surface. The first thin film batter and the anode current collectors of the second thin film battery are electrically connected to an anode terminal. The first thin film batter and the cathode current collectors of the second thin film battery are electrically connected to a cathode terminal. |
