A shoe 10 comprises a midsole 12, an outsole 14 and an insole 16. An upper 18 is attached to a plurality of fasteners 20 which are adapted to slide along a first and second internal track (38, 40, figure 3) extending through the midsole 12. A releasable locking means releasably locks the fasteners 20 in selectable positions along each track. Opening means (42, 44, figure 3) allows for the inserting and removing of fasteners 20 from each track. |
