The present invention relates to an epitope for converting novel T cell into TH2 cell (helper T cell 2) and, more specifically, to an epitope which is 20^th to 30^th amino acid parts (sequence number 2) of ECD (extracellular domain) of AITR (activation-inducible tumor necrosis factor receptor), to an antibody which recognizes the epitope, to polynucleotide which codes the epitope, to polynucleotide which codes the antibody, to an expression vector which includes the polynucleotide, to a transformant having the vector introduced thereto, to a composition which includes the antibody and is for converting T cell into TH2 cell and a method for converting the same, to a pharmaceutical composition which includes the antibody and is for preventing or treating autoimmune disease, and to a method for treating the autoimmune disease using the antibody. |
