<p>The present invention relates to a marker composition containing S1P (Sphingosine 1-phosphate) protein for predicting the risk of a fracture or osteoporosis occuring, a kit comprising an antibody specifically binding to the SiP protein for predicting the risk of a fracture or osteoporosis occuring, and a method for providing information to predict the risk of a fracture or osteoporosis occuring which comprises a step for measuring the expression level of the S1P protein by antigen-antibody reaction using the S1P protein-specific antibody. Since the S1P in the present invention is highly expressed in individuals with factures regardless of bone density, the S1P protein can be used a biomarker for predicting the risk of a fracture or osteoporosis occuring.</p> |
