A method for controlling messaging in a mobile device and a mobile device for the same are disclosed. If a user starts to write a message, data on the way of writing the message is collected as a user writes the message. If the user requests the transmission of the message, a writing style of content in the message is analyzed and the writing way is analyzed from the writing way data. The analyzed writing style and writing way are compared with a predetermined user behavior pattern for a standard writing style and standard writing way of the user. If a non-standard writing style or non-standard writing mode is detected, the transmission of the message is postponed.
