PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid collision to an oncoming vehicle by radio communication by ensuring real-time property even without using an expensive and highly functional central processing unit by extremely reducing an amount of transmitted/received data compared with conventional vehicle-to-vehicle communications by avoiding delay caused by crosstalk and retransmission. SOLUTION: A radio communication device 100 mounted on a vehicle comprises: a central processing unit 10 acquiring information of a road in the direction of travel based on an acquired present position and direction and road information read out from a storage part 13; a transmission setting information generation part 15 allocating a transmission channel calculated based on first identification information to a transmission part 19; and a reception setting information generation part 16 allocating a reception channel calculated based on second identification information having the inverse direction of the first identification information to a reception part 20. Thereby, the transmission channel of the one device and the reception channel of the other device of the radio communication devices 100 moving in the mutually reverse directions becomes the same, which makes it possible to perform bi-directional radio communication without crosstalk.
