摘要 The invention relates to a wireless base station, a wireless communication system and a wireless communication method. The base station has a whole frequency communication mode and a partial frequency communication mode. The whole frequency communication mode communicates with over one terminal connected to the base station by using a whole system frequency band. The partial frequency communication mode communicates with over one terminal connected to the base station by using a dividing frequency band which divides the system frequency band into a plurality of frequency bands. A priority frequency band is formed by distributing one of the dividing frequency bands to each base station in advance. Each base station measures the combination of noise power and interference power of an uplink. Based on the result obtained by comparing the combination value with a preset first valve value, a whole frequency communication mode or a partial frequency communication mode using the priority frequency band is selected to communicate with the terminal.
