PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated toilet seat which saves energy and can be used comfortably. SOLUTION: This heated toilet seat carries out heating of a toilet seat for a short period of time using a radiation heating element after detecting a human body by a human-detecting means. In addition, the toilet seat is warmed according to a preset condition when the turning of the toilet seat is detected and the toilet seat is lifted.
