The present invention relates to a real-time vibration detection and active anti-vibration device for a boring bar and a vibration detection method for the same. The real-time vibration detection and active anti-vibration device for a boring bar comprises a boring bar and a vibration detection and anti-vibration device for detecting and dampening the vibration of the boring bar. The boring bar comprises a hollow body; and a head which is joined to the front end of the body and which is installed with an insert tip on the outer side for processing the inner surface of a workpiece while turning. The vibration detection and anti-vibration device comprises an optical fiber vibration sensor inside the body for detecting the head on a real time basis; and a piezoelectric actuator on the body for synchronizing with the optical fiber vibration sensor and dampening vibration detected. |
