PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in operation to self-information of a user and others-information that is information about other users. SOLUTION: An information communication device T<SB>A</SB>manages, via network: self-information T<SB>g</SB>and others-information T<SB>h</SB>on the information communication device T<SB>A</SB>; and self-information P<SB>A</SB>b and others-information P<SB>A</SB>c on an information communication server V. The information communication device T<SB>A</SB>can select either of or both of the information communication server V and the information communication device T<SB>A</SB>as an acquisition destination of self-information and others-information. When the information communication server V is selected, between the information communication device T<SB>A</SB>and the information communication server V, an acquisition request of the self-information P<SB>A</SB>b or others-information P<SB>A</SB>c and a response are communicated. When the information communication device T<SB>A</SB>is selected, the self-information T<SB>g</SB>or the others-information T<SB>h</SB>is obtained from a storage section of the information communication device T<SB>A</SB>.
