Disclosed are a method and a device for reducing the intensity of an electrical discharge generated in a fluid transferring system of an aerospace transporting member. The aerospace transporting member is operated. The fluid transporting system of the aerospace transporting member is made of materials which makes the fluid transporting system have an electrical configuration. The intensity of the electrical discharge generated inside the fluid transporting system is reduced within a range of tolerance selected by an electrical configuration of the fluid transporting system while the aerospace transporting member operates.
