A lower sheet for mats is provided to be applied to the lower part of electric heating mats or carpets. The lower sheet for mats comprises: a bottom sheet in which an antiskid process is performed on the lower surface; a cushion layer laminated on the top of the bottom sheet and in which multiple sealed air bags are arranged; and a top sheet laminated on the top of the cushion layer. Accordingly, the lower sheet is not hardened in a long-term usage, especially if it is in contact with an electric heating wire at high temperature, hardening or fusing can be prevented. |
