A panel assembly (100) includes a panel arrangement (110) mounted to a frame (120) to move between undeflected and at least one deflected positions. For example, the panel arrangement (110) may move between multiple deflected positions. The panel arrangement (110) may be locked into any of the deflected and undeflected positions. Each end of the panel arrangement (120) includes two followers (128). Each follower (128) slides along a channel arrangement (127, 227, 327, 427) as the panel arrangement (110) is moved between the positions.
