The present invention provides a cover apparatus for bearings inserted respectively in a first and a second insertion groove formed in an inner race and an outer race so as to cover a gap between the outer race and the inner race of a bearing containing a plurality of steel balls to improve a sealing function by improving a coupling force between the bearing and the cover apparatus, and is characterized by comprising: a first cover part including a first coupling part, which has a hollow part formed inside along the circumferential direction while one side is extended for coupling with the first insertion groove, and a first cover part including the first sealing blade part formed with a narrowed profile toward the end part while being extended to the other side of the first coupling part; a second cover part including a second coupling part, which has a hollow part formed inside along the circumferential direction while one side is extended for coupling with the second insertion groove, and a second sealing blade part formed with a narrowed profile toward the end part while being extended to the other side of the second coupling part; and a reinforcement core provided with a ring of metallic material while being inserted respectively in the hollow parts formed in the first cover part and the second cover part. The present invention is further characterized in that the first coupling part and the second coupling part has insertion opening parts having a gap between both end parts formed to be narrower than the diameter of the hollow part while being opened to one side so that the reinforcement cores may be inserted in the hollow parts; and the reinforcement cores are inserted and coupled respectively inside the hollow parts through the insertion opening parts after forming of the first cover part and the second cover part. |
