The present invention relates to an online-offline linked processing system. An online-offline linked processing system according to the present invention includes: at least one offline member store device for generating offline sales information according to a sale of product or service; and an online sale server for receiving offline sale information from each of the at least one offline member store device, having a database classifying each of offline member stores by region which a corresponding offline member store locates, processing sale of a product or a service through online, and distributing and allocating the profit with a predetermined ratio for the off line member stores which locate in a region corresponding to the address information for the corresponding product or the buyer of the service when the sale for the product or the service is processed. |
