The present invention provides an entry warning apparatus and an emergency stop apparatus at a branch point, comprising a transmitting unit installed at one side of the branch point to transmit a message containing the contents of no entering in an emergency driving mode in which an onboard signal security device does not operate; a receiving unit installed at one side of a train to receive the message from the transmitting unit and notify an engineer of an audio-visual warning signal; and an emergency stop device for controlling the train to be stopped just before the branch point if the engineer, who is not aware of the audio-visual warning signal, enters the branch point without stopping the train even after the audio-visual warning signal is received from the receiving unit. Therefore, if the engineer enters a wrong path in the emergency driving mode, the entry warning apparatus notifies the engineer of wrong entry with a beep for wrong entry from the branch point, and if the train do not stop, the emergency stop apparatus connects to a brake system just before the train enters the branch point to automatically stop the train, thereby preventing train accidents such as train collision and trailable moving. |
