The present invention relates to a cabinet panel having a zero harmonic eliminating device for blocking standby power and comprises a zero-phase current sensing part (100) which produces a zero-phase current sensing signal if zero-phase current over a predetermined level is sensed and produces a zero-phase current reduction signal if the zero-phase current less than the predetermined level is sensed; a zero harmonic reduction part (200) which reduces the zero-phase current by being connected to a three-phase four-wire line when receiving the zero-phase current sensing signal from the zero-phase current sensing part (100) and blocks standby power (no load loss) by being separated from the three-phase four-wire line when receiving the zero-phase current reduction signal from the zero-phase current sensing part (100); and a switch part (300) which connects the zero harmonic reduction part (200) to the three-phase four-wire line according to the zero-phase current sensing signal and separates the zero harmonic reduction part (200) from the three-phase four-wire line according to the zero-phase current reduction signal. According to the present invention, the cabinet panel is equipped with the zero-phase current sensing part in a neutral line where the zero-phase current flows and reduces the zero-phase current by connecting the zero harmonic reduction device to the three-phase four-wire line if the zero-phase current over the predetermined level is sensed. The cabinet panel separates the zero harmonic reduction device from the three-phase four-wire line if the zero-phase current goes down below than the predetermined level so as to save electric energy through the cutoff of the standby power (no load loss) while shortening unnecessary pressing time of the zero harmonic reduction device and delay the degradation of the zero harmonic reduction device, thereby extending the lifetime of the zero harmonic reduction device.
