PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner with improved silence. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner includes respective fixing parts 95, 99, and 96 for fixing circuit boards 81a and 81b, and a fixing frame 89 fixed to an upper side cover part 53b in the state of pressing a filter is formed separately from the upper side cover part 53b. Since it is not needed to form a pawl part or the like for attaching the circuit boards 81a and 81b to the upper side cover part 53b, the need of forming a press cut hole or the like at the upper side cover part 53b is eliminated, and air flow noise or the like due to exhaust leakage in the press cut hole is not generated. Since the circuit boards 81a and 81b can be fixed near a second cover exhaust port 82, the vibrations or the like of the circuit boards 81a and 81b by exhaust are suppressed even when the circuit boards 81a and 81b are arranged inside an exhaust air path chamber 36, and silence is improved.
