PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely insert and detach a battery into/from a storage cavity by correcting the deformation of a battery mount caused by the weight of the battery. SOLUTION: As shown in (b), the mount 9 is bent and deformed by receiving a deformation force F1 generated by the weight of the battery 7 when the battery is mounted. By this bending deformation, the tip 11a of a wire material 11 delivers the wire material 11 in a direction from a support base end 9a toward a tip edge 9b. The delivery is detected by a rotation sensor 15 of a guide roller 12. A terminal roller 14 is rotated and driven by a motor 13 to manually deliver and return the wire material 11 by a length corresponding to the delivery amount, and the deformation of the mount 9 is corrected by deformation resistance F2 shown in (c).
