PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a reaction cell for an autoanalyzer having superior reliability to which few bubbles adhere and which can prevent mutual contamination of samples and reagents between adjacent reaction cells. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a reaction cell for an autoanalyzer comprises: a first electrode having a hollow shape which is inserted to an inside of the reaction cell; and second electrodes which are disposed facing each other at an outside of the reaction cell. By electric discharge generated by voltage applied to the first and second electrodes, at least a surface of the inside of the reaction cell is subjected to hydrophilic treatment by electric-discharge machining and gas including ozone generated at the electric-discharge machining is exhausted by the first electrode.
