PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin processor processing a lot of denominations, and having a comparatively simple configuration of a conveyance path used for both money reception processing and replenishment processing. SOLUTION: This coin processor includes: a first conveyance part 5 having a first conveyance path 5B conveying a coin with the coin pinched between opposite portions of two annular belts B4, B5; and a second conveyance part 20 conveying the coin with the coin pinched between opposite portions of two annular belts B1, B3 different from the two annular belts B4, B5, and having a second conveyance path 20B joining the first conveyance path 5B in a confluence part 30. In the confluence part 30, a second rotation plane wherein a center line of one or two annular belts B1 constituting the second conveyance path 20B rotates is disposed such that the second rotation plane is parallel to a first rotation plane wherein a center line of one or two annular belts B5 constituting the first conveyance path 5B rotates and that the second rotation plane is positioned in a position distant in a perpendicular direction Y of the first rotation plane at a prescribed distance.
