The disclosure discloses a method for sending an Acknowledgement/Negative Acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) and a UE for implementing the same, which are used to solve the problem of how to feed back the ACK/NACK by a UE configured with multiple serving cells and configured to feed back the ACK/NACK using the Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) format 3 when the UE receives only a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) from a primary serving cell. When the UE receives only the PDSCH from the primary serving cell, the UE feeds back the ACK/NACK corresponding to the PDSCH of the primary serving cell in an ACK/NACK feedback mode configured when only one serving cell is configured; or when the UE receives only the PDSCH from the primary serving cell, the UE feeds back the ACK/NACK corresponding to the PDSCH of the primary serving cell in an ACK/NACK bundling mode; or the UE feeds back the ACK/NACK corresponding to the PDSCH of the primary serving cell in an ACK/NACK multiplexing mode.
