The present invention relates to a tree rainwater maintenance apparatus for filtering nonpoint pollution sources which comprises: a tree box (10) having an inner space formed for a tree to be planted therein, a shape whose upper part is open, multiple water inlets (13) formed on the upper part of the side thereof, and water outlets formed on the lower part of the side thereof; an infiltration tank (40) which is arranged for surrounding the sides of the tree box (10), which forms a first space (41) from the sides of the tree box (10) and which has multiple water infiltration holes (43) communicated with the water inlets (13) on the side thereof; a water storage tank (50) which is arranged for surrounding the sides of the infiltration tank (40), which forms a second space (53) from the side of the infiltration tank (40) and which has multiple water inflow holes (51) communicated with the water infiltration holes (43) and opened toward the road surface; and a protection plate mounted on the upper part for covering the upper parts of the tree box(10), the tree box (40) and the storage tank. The tree rainwater maintenance apparatus for filtering nonpoint pollution sources of the present invention is provided to form an underground environment in a ground-water zone for circulating water and to increase the rate of rainwater use since the tree rainwater maintenance apparatus makes the rainwater to infiltrate the ground after filtering the rainwater flowing into the tree space disposed on the sidewalk contacted with the road surface. |
