The present invention relates to a system for controlling the solenoid valve of speed change control unit for an automated manual transmission including a driving part for driving a solenoid valve by converting a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal into a current and applying the current to the solenoid valve. The present invention comprises a driving control part and a current sensor. According to the present invention, control for solenoid valves becomes stable, reliable, and economical by using a PWM signal for controlling the current of multiple solenoid valves; applying a low efficiency MPU; feedback-controlling the solenoid valves; and blocking noise from the outside.
