摘要

The present invention relates to water dispersable acrylic emulsion, a production method thereof, and a suspension and polymerization method of a resin using the same as a dispersing stabilizer. Specifically the present invention is a dispersing stabilizer used for the suspension and polymerization of a styrene resin or an acrylic resin which has excellent stability of dispersion in an aqueous medium especially at a low temperature, does not generates bad smells by containing small amount of non-reaction monomers by having high reaction finishing properties, and has simple production processes and environmentally friendly properties.
