The present invention divides highly compressed aluminium scrap through a disintegration process, a first pulverizing process, a second pulverizing process and a polishing process at high speeds to disperse the heat that can be generated during pulverizing. In the polishing process at high speeds where particles most repeatedly collide with each other of the aluminium granule recycling process, the process moves ahead without stopping by a fixated blade and a rotating blade mounted on the device in a multistage way and water-cooled and air-cooled by heat radiation to raise the purity and the return rate.
