PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer pellet excellent in heat stability during long-run melt-molding and in prevention of retention in an extruder, having hydrothermal resistance and gas barrier properties. SOLUTION: The multilayer pellet composed of two or more resin layers contains a resin layer A consisting of a resin composition (A) mainly containing an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (a) and a resin layer B consisting of a resin composition (B) mainly containing a polyamide (b), and contains at least one metal salt (c) in the resin composition (A).
