PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage making apparatus continuously making and extracting even a large volume of beverage, and remarkably restraining mixing motor trouble due to entering of water from a mixing container. SOLUTION: This beverage making apparatus is configured to discharge beverage while preparing by mixing raw material and hot water using a mixer 20 in the mixing container 15. The mixer 20 includes the mixing motor 20M and a mixing blade 32 fitted to a rotating shaft 20A of the mixing motor and rotating in the mixing container 15.
