PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of causing a serious defect such as causing condensation and a heat loss, when a pipe (a horizontally laying pipe) supported in the substantially horizontal direction by the hanging hook, causes reduction in heat reservation and the thermal insulation function by inconvenience such as "collapse of a pipe covering part" and "breaking of the pipe covering part" by its dead weight in a support part (a band part) of the hanging hook. SOLUTION: This auxiliary member 10 for the hanging hook is used so as to be interposed between a pipe 41 and the band part 27 of the hanging hook 25 for holding the covered pipe 41, and extends in the pipe longitudinal direction. By using such an auxiliary member 10 for the hanging hook for the hanging hook 25, dead weight of the pipe 41 is dispersed, and the serious defect such as causing condensation and a heat loss by reduction in the heat reservation and the thermal insulation function by inconvenience such that a covering part of the pipe 41 is collapsed or broken in the band part 27 of the hanging hook 25.
