PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest capable of enhancing the joining stability of a front case to a stay while absorbing the vibration to be transmitted from the stay to the front case. SOLUTION: The headrest 1 includes a stay 10 with a first base plate 20 being fixed thereto, a front case 40, and a rear case 60. The front case 40 is assembled to the first base plate 20 with a second base plate 30 being held. The second base plate 30 is assembled to the first base plate 20 via a first elastic member 24 on its surface, and via a second elastic member 26 on both edges in its width direction.
