摘要 The present invention relates to a method for analyzing vaccine efficacy for fish including an olive flounder which is a very densely farmed fish and, more specifically, to a method for analyzing vaccine efficacy by comparing and analyzing metabolites before and after injecting a vaccine or immunoadjuvant, analyzing a vaccine-response substance (VRS), and selecting the vaccine-response substance as an indicator. The vaccine efficacy analyzing method for bacterial diseases of fish according to the present invention: compares and analyzes metabolites using 1H-NMR and multivariate statistical analysis before and after injecting a vaccine into fish serum; analyzing a vaccine-response substance (VRS); and selecting the vaccine-response substance as an indicator.
