<p>An energy storing device is disclosed. In the energy storing device according to the present invention, the energy generated by an energy generating unit is stably outputted after stored as a type of spring torsion. The energy storing device comprises multiple sawteeth wheels, multiple torsion control units, multiple unidirectional input bearings, multiple energy storage units, and multiple accelerating sawteeth wheels. Each energy storage unit comprises two or more rotary disc parts concentrically connected to each other. A leaf spring unit is arranged between each pair of the rotary disc parts. One end of the leaf spring unit is bent oppositely. Furthermore, the energy storage units are connected in series or in parallel to increase the storage and output efficiency of the energy.
